Queerty was the first to report that Schlossberg, 21, had come out in a blog post titled “Being Gay at Yale” for the Yale Herald’s Bullblog.
He supposedly tweeted a link to the piece on Thursday, Feb. 13, from the account @JJSchlossberg. By the time Queerty saw the tweet, the article had been taken down. @JJSchlossberg allegedly tweeted that “our senior editors … took it down. I have no idea why. I’m sorry.” (That Twitter account was not working at the time of this writing.)

People on Twitter started criticizing Yale for seemingly silencing Schlossberg.
The Huffington Post contacted the Yale Herald to find out more, and it turned out to be a hoax.
“So the Twitter account isn’t actually Jack Schlossberg’s, but an imposter’s, and the same goes for the article,” a spokesperson for the Yale Herald told HuffPost in an email Thursday afternoon. “Again, neither the article nor the Twitter account (which has since been reported) are real. Other sites that have reported on this so far are reporting misinformation.”
Gawker spoke with Schlossberg, who clarified that he isn’t gay.

Up until 2019, Jack was dating Krissy Jones, a yoga teacher and studio owner. They were very happy together until reports came out that Jack had cheated on her.
They had been together since 2017 and made their relationship public in 2019. However, a source close to Krissy told Radar that they broke up that same year.
Since then, Jack hasn’t been seen dating anyone else publicly. He might have a girlfriend he’s keeping private, but officially, he seems to be single. In the past, he was also rumored to be dating Cazzie David, Larry David’s daughter.
So, he has dated both celebrities and non-celebrities. For now, it doesn’t look like he’s seriously dating anyone.
