Trump’s Doctor Shares New Details on His Gunshot Wound!

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Former President Donald Trump is recovering well from a gunshot wound to his ear, according to his former physician, Ronny Jackson. Trump was shot last week, and while he’s healing as expected, he may need a hearing test due to occasional bleeding.

Jackson, who is now a congressman from Texas and previously served as a physician for Presidents Trump and Obama, explained that the bullet came dangerously close to Trump’s head, striking the top of his right ear instead.

This incident happened on July 13 at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania.

Five days later, Trump accepted the Republican Party’s presidential nomination for the upcoming election on November 5. Jackson shared details about Trump’s injury in a letter posted on social media, describing a 2-centimeter wide wound that reached the cartilage of the ear.

Initially, there was a lot of bleeding and significant swelling, but the swelling has since gone down, and the wound is healing properly. Jackson has been checking and treating Trump’s wound daily since the incident.

Although no stitches were needed, the ear continues to bleed intermittently, requiring a dressing. Trump will undergo further evaluations, including a comprehensive hearing exam if necessary.
