Assassination Attempt on Donald Trump: Bullet Narrowly Misses During Pennsylvania Rally!

Assassination Attempt on Donald Trump

Donald Trump Latest News: During an election rally in Pennsylvania, a shooter tried to assassinate Donald Trump.

A photo taken by New York Times photographer Doug Mills shows a bullet flying just past Trump’s head.

The incident is being investigated as an assassination attempt. The former U.S. president, who had blood on his right ear, was quickly surrounded by Secret Service agents who rushed to protect him after the shots were heard.

In the photo by Doug Mills, you can see the bullet whizzing past Trump’s ear. Secret Service agents shot the attacker down.

Trump said the bullet pierced the “upper part” of his right ear, according to the BBC. Earlier, Trump’s spokesperson said he was “fine” and receiving treatment.

A witness named Greg told the BBC that he saw the shooter on the roof of a building near the event. The shooter, armed with a rifle, crawled up the building about 50 feet away from Greg.

“The guy crawled up the building 50 feet from us. He had a rifle,” Greg said.

Current U.S. President Joe Biden condemned the attack, saying, “There is no place for this kind of violence in America.”

He thanked the Secret Service for protecting Trump and called on the nation to condemn the attack on social media.

The attack happened just four months before the presidential elections and days before Trump was to be officially named the Republican nominee at his party’s convention.

As agents protected the president, some people could be heard shouting warnings for Trump to get off the stage.
